Help With Advertising Ideas

Here is my dilemma and you can tell me if you have any ideas and maybe were you have gotten the best results. I am juggling school and being a caregiver so I don't have a ton of time or money to do the marketing thing really well right now. I have had quiet a bit of experience in it, in the past. Do you know of any advertising that costs very little or zero that works well, that you have maybe had good success with.
